Applicant agrees that extension of business credit and/or P.I.A. terms by Spot Freight, Inc, it's divisions and/or subsidiaries, shall be subject to and in consideration of the following conditions:

Terms for payment on credit are within 15 days from date of receipt. Freight charges not paid when due may accrue interest at the highest rate allowed by law.
No deductions and/or alterations of the invoice amount will be made without prior written approval.
Should it be necessary to assign the account balance to a licensed collection agency or attorney for legal action, all subsequent collection fees, court costs and attorney fees shall be paid by the applicant.
The undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein, and/or Spot Freight, Inc. Rules Tarriff, Application of Rates, Accessorial List, and/or executed Transportation Agreement.
The undersigned hereby authorizes and instructs the above mentioned banks and companies to release any credit information requested by Spot Freight, Inc., it's divisions and/or subsidiaries.
